Ingredients
Carton Lemon Jelly
Table Spoon Mint Flavoured Syrup
Cup of Boiling Water
Cup of Cold Water
Jelly Mould
Directions
Add one cup of boiling water to the gelatin dessert mix.
Stir until dissolved.
Add one table spoon of mint syrup.
Add one cup of cold water.
Pour very gently into the moulds and leave to cool.
Once cool, place the mixture in the refrigerator until set (2 - 4 hours).
Turn out and serve and enjoy.
