Carton Pineapple Jelly

Cup of Boiling Coconut Water
1
Cup of Cold Coconut Water
Jelly Mould
Directions
Add one cup of boiling coconut water to the gelatin dessert mix.
Stir until dissolved.
Add one cup of cold coconut water.
Pour very gently into the moulds and leave to cool.
Once cool, place the mixture in the refrigerator until set (2 - 4 hours).
Turn out and serve and enjoy.
