Coconut Water Pineapple Jelly

Ingredients

  • 1 Carton Pineapple Jelly
  • 1 Cup of Boiling Coconut Water
  • 1 Cup of Cold Coconut Water
  • Jelly Mould

Directions

  • Add one cup of boiling coconut water to the gelatin dessert mix.
  • Stir until dissolved.
  • Add one cup of cold coconut water.
  • Pour very gently into the moulds and leave to cool.
  • Once cool, place the mixture in the refrigerator until set (2 - 4 hours).
  • Turn out and serve and enjoy.
